What You’ll Need for the Session:

Something comfy and cozy: Bring your favorite blanket, comfy socks, and a cup of water or tea to keep you relaxed throughout the session.

Notebook and pen: You’ll want to take notes on the valuable techniques and insights shared during the intensive.

Comfortable clothing: If you’ll be participating in the movement practices, wear something loose and comfortable that allows for easy movement.
