Jordan Murphy, RYT200, TCYM | Founder, Worcester BIPOC Yoga Collective
Jordan (she/her) is from Worcester, Massachusetts and has been practicing yoga since 2013 as a way to move through deep depression and anxiety. Her teachings specialize in vinyasa inspired yoga, including prenatal, slow flow, restorative, and trauma-conscious yoga methods. Her classes hold focus in tuning inward, noticing when the body and mind are out of balance and how the practice of yoga can bring us back to self. She is the founder of Worcester BIPOC Yoga Collective, a yoga community focused on offering yoga as a safe space for those identifying as BIPOC. Aside from teaching yoga, Jordan is a mom, and works as a software development implementation consultant.
