This is the guiding principle behind Mindful Alignment Yoga. I am eternally grateful to have learned (and to keep learning!) about the direct correlation between yoga and leading a more grounded, balanced life. I am honored to share what I have learned with you!
The most important thing I've learned thus far is that yoga is for EVERYone! Yoga is a practice that meets us right where we are. My teachings are trauma conscious and differentiated for the individual, even in group settings.
As a licensed teacher, I understand the unique challenges and stresses faced by those within today's educational system. As a certified Trauma Conscious Yoga Facilitator, I offer practical strategies that help manage the stress our bodies and minds feel.
