Inspiration for this course:

Over the years working in reproductive health and trauma recovery, Nityda has witnessed that many pregnant people don’t recognize their power- not feeling they have a voice or recognizing that their voices matter in their own process. Quite the opposite, Nityda observed that many pregnant parents-to-be felt disempowered in their pregnancy, disconnected from and lacking trust in their bodies, in fear of the natural process of birth, silencing their desires, ignoring their intuition, and handing over their fate to others.

Birth can be an incredible experience, a spiritual and unifying experience, it can be an ecstatic experience, and an empowering experience, but it can be traumatic. Yet, there is work we can do beforehand to set intentions, to heal, to have the best birth outcomes for us. Birth can be healing.

Nityda created this series from her deep passion and belief that every pregnant person has a right to choose their own path, wanting pregnant people to know that they do have choice and self-authority, and that they are in charge of their bodies and their healing.

Manifest Life will launch this Spring, 2020. Please sign up for our newsletter to be invited to our pre-launch party and receive a discount on the course.
