My practice Unearthing Choice Counseling is centered around the idea that people are not inherently broken, they are living the best way they know-how. My goal is to help people open up their choices for a different approach to living a full life. I hope to help guide people towards a functional way of living that increases enrichment, a sense of accomplishment, and identity.
