TCYM & Sex Therapy Basics

Objectives:

• Learn how to assess couples for next steps when considering sex therapy and embodiment goals
• Incorporate Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method with clients exploration of sexual desire and needs

This will be an interactive space and will include discussion, case conceptualization, and practical strategies. Participants will receive 1.5 CEU credits for mental health professionals and through Yoga Alliance.

This workshop is geared towards clinicians, but will also offer practical information for yoga teachers interacting with trauma in group or private yoga settings
