I provide counseling for anxiety, trauma, and stress management. I integrate mindfulness, practical coping skills, nervous system regulation, and traditional talk therapy into sessions. I offer telehealth and in person sessions. A typical session may involve talking, breathing techniques, physical movement, and guided meditation. We will work to notice how your thoughts influence your body. We will explore where emotions are stored in your body and what to do with that knowledge. We will holistically look at your daily life, including patterns of behavior and thinking. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required. Our work together will be gentle and tailored to your unique needs. All you need is a willingness to explore.
