I specialize in supporting older teen and adult clients who are experiencing difficulties with ADHD, Anxiety and challenging life transitions as well as self-esteem, problem solving, communication, boundaries, conflict resolution, and identity exploration. I also support in career counseling and leadership development.
My approach is person-centered, trauma informed, and integrative. I incorporate psycho-education, mindful approaches, and strength based responses towards long term defense mechanisms. I use transparency, empathy, and often humor to encourage a comfortable space to challenge your fears. I believe the therapeutic relationship we build is essential.
