We all struggle to find balance in the roles we are trying to maintain in our lives. Our past, relationship struggles, motivation, anxiety and depression can all complicate our attempts to navigate how to be the best version of ourselves. Many of us "know" what to do, but have not successfully identified ways to manifest that into action. While we cannot change the things we have experienced, or the behavior of those around us, we can identify successful ways to approach our difficulties. A part of moving forward can be gaining more awareness of the mind/body connection and exploring insight and behaviors to make lasting change.

I have worked as a licensed counselor for the past 11 years and have been devoted to helping my clients find balance, gain insight and improve their lives. I frequently work with people who have issues related to perfectionism, anxiety, depression, co-dependency, emotional neglect, trauma, relationship issues, and chronic illness.

I utilize a humanistic, person-centered approach in my counseling relationships. I believe that creating a trusting environment that allows you to feel accepted and supported is essential to assist you in finding change, while identifying appropriate evidence based interventions to assist you in your unique journey.
