My name is Jessi, and I am the founder/owner of Tabula Rasa Creative Healing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a LPC, RYT-200, TCYM, THTC, Board member of Mental Health America Of Abilene. Additionally, I hold the position of VP of Advocacy for Mental Health America of Abilene (MHAA). I am a member of the yoga alliance as a registered yoga teacher with 200 hours; I am certified in The Trauma Conscious Yoga Method.

As a Professional Counselor, I believe when we arrive at a certain destination in life where we want to start with a fresh start, a blank slate. Our past experiences, and biological background impact who we are today. When we start anew, I encourage my clients to come in with a beginners mind as my teachers have taught me.

Tabula Rasa Creative Healing uses different integrative approaches to help others heal, recover and promote wellness including psychotherapy, yoga, and creative workshops. I look forward to being able to help you on your journey to healing in any way I can.
