My therapeutic approach is person centered, collaborative and relational. I believe in providing unconditional positive regard to the client. It is an honor and a privilege to hold space for individuals willing to share their personal stories and experiences. I believe individuals have the power within to heal and it is my job as a clinician to provide a safe, non-judgement space for healing to occur. I enjoy utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR, mindfulness/grounding, coping strategies, and body awareness to help clients connect with their mind and body. I am passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health and I firmly believe in mental health equity.
