I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in my home state of WA, as well as in FL, GA, MD, ME, and WV. I hold a Masters degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas. I specialize in working with emerging and younger adults (16-40) of all gender identities who are survivors of traumatic/adverse life events and who struggle with intense emotions and impulse control. I also work with sexual/gender identity related struggles and am happy to support you advocating for gender affirming care!

Both in therapy and as a yoga teacher, I enjoy linking concepts from the East and West to assist individuals in finding growth and peace through their mind-body connection. I'm also very interested in the subtle body and Ayurvedic health practices. In therapy, in addition to TCYM methods, we may also utilize elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, & Somatic Experiencing practices.
