Hi! My name is Dr. NaRicia Futrell I am a psychotherapist/licensed clinical social worker who has been practicing as a therapist for greater than 15 yrs. I currently hold a doctorate in social work and hold an LCSW in TN, MS AR, and TX and am certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method.  I opened the doors to my practice, Gihon Counseling Solutions, in 2015 where I am currently the owner and supervise 9 other clinicians.  We are based out of Memphis, TN and provided face to face and virtual therapy options (individual, group and family sessions) for children and adults where we provide client centered care that includes Somatic Therapy, DBT, CBT and EMDR.  I also provide clinical licensure supervision and I am a certified SAP (substance abuse professional).

In addition to the services provided at Gihon, under the umbrella of Namaste Ya'll I provide a range of services for both adult men and women.  I facilitate a virtual weekly yoga session as well as provide on on one in person and virtual somatic yoga therapy sessions. Additionally I host an event called Namaste & Therapy, twice a month (once in person and once virtually where for two hours I create space for a small group of women to practice a Vinyasa flow of yoga, share a chef catered meal (in person only) and engage in a group therapeutic chat led by myself.
