I will help you root out the beliefs and perspectives you formed at a young age which may have kept you safe then, but have become unhelpful and maladaptive for your life today.
I carry an understanding that we are relational beings who are built for connection. I help people discover their true self, their true path, and true community. I am here to help you cultivate unconditional self-love and discover a sense of belonging.

My therapeutic goal is to assist you in becoming an empowered individual who understands how to generate a sense of holistic wellbeing. I offer somatic and mindfulness-based therapies blended with cognitive processing tools to support your healing.
