Sessions offered are for individual adults with somatic focused sessions; with an option for Somatic Experiencing Co-regulating Touch.
Trauma Conscious Yoga may be incorporated in sessions through inner child work, use of meditation, mudras, easeful asana to support nervous system regulation, exploration of chakra themes and embodied boundaries.
As a practitioner, I bring clinical and somatic skills, compassion and kind regard. I have practiced as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist for 23 years; specializing in stress, trauma, resilience, and relationships.
Trauma Conscious Yoga brings so many aspects together that all support healing, regulation, internal balance, and resilience. I trust in the innate healing that is possible for your body, mind, heart and soul, given the right conditions.
We have a natural rhythm and flow with life- and when we sense and connect with that flow more deeply, new possibilities can begin to emerge. ❤️ One of my favorite things to do in this life is accompany others on this sacred journey.
