Description
My Clients
Psychotherapy with adults and couples is my primary practice. I have experience working with people in a broad variety of occupations and stages of life to address relationships, anxiety, depression, life changes, BIPOC and LGBTQ concerns. Couples work is another process where together we explore and grow communication skills such as listening and being heard. Jungian dream work, humanistic, depth psychology and yoga therapy services are available.
My Background and Approach
Together we explore your current concerns to support growth in your physical, emotional and spiritual well being. Experiences in your life, your body and in our therapy relationship are used to help you gain clarity in generating and making choices that serve you. Exploration with authenticity, curiosity, sensitivity and responsiveness in our relationship informs our work together. Conversation, imagery, dreams and embodied awareness are used to discover archaic patterns, beliefs and perceptions that have served your body, mind and spirit in the past but may no longer be viable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My compassionate interest in you and your life experiences are informed by decades of psychotherapy, dream work, self archeology, yoga and meditation practice exploring body, mind and breath. I bring over 30 years of skills as a self archaeologist to support your process of self discovery and relations with others. In our work together we explore the depths of your relationship with your body, mind, spirit and interconnections with others. Together we discover how your dreams and daily experiences offer insights to create new opportunities to support conscious realization of your ideal life.
