Description
I see children, young-adult, and adult clients ages 5+.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work and two post-secondary degrees in Education. I have over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am committed to providing a safe space by delivering culturally responsive, gender-affirming, and trauma-informed care. My holistic and person-centered approach is to address you as a whole person. We will work together to create a plan catered to your specific needs.
I specialize in working with and treating trauma survivors, those who want to develop their self-esteem and identity, and those needing support through relational conflict and communication. I currently hold certifications in Trauma Treatment, Trauma Consciousness Yoga Method, and grief-informed therapy. I integrate psycho-education, cognitive and behavioral therapies, and parts work with somatic and expressive techniques. I am here to support you in whatever obstacles you’re dealing with by identifying your strengths and discovering the resources within you to support you in overcoming challenges and reaching personal growth.
In my free time, I enjoy cuddling with my two pups, seeing live music, practicing yoga, exploring Nashville’s parks, and spending time with friends and family.
