I believe that therapy helps individuals learn to challenge negative belief patterns and overcome negative behaviors. It is my hope to help others be their best selves and lead fulfilling lives. I work with teens and adults in individual therapy. Group therapy is also an option when available.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Conscious Yoga therapy, and hypnotherapy. These modalities help reduce the impact of trauma stored in the body.
