I have been practicing clinical social work for 20 years in a variety of settings. I believe that the best healing occurs in a balanced relationship with self, others and nature. My work addresses teaching interpersonal boundaries and self-empowerment and building healthy connections. I utilize mind-body awareness, nature connection and cognitive skills during sessions. Currently, I am building my skills in Trauma Focused Yoga and Equine Assisted Services.
