I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for healing to occur. I enjoy utilizing EMDR, and emphasize a mindfulness/grounding approach. I often integrate a somatic focus to my work with clients as a trauma conscious yoga method certified clinician. I consider it an honor and a privilege to hold space for individuals willing to share their personal stories and experiences. I am also an Alabama board approved supervisor for LBSW and LMSW level social workers in need of supervision.
