Heidi has practiced yoga for over 25 years, helping her to grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. It inspires her to be present and live each moment with intention, passion, fun and connection. 

Heidi is a 500 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Heidi completed her 200 hour training at Firefly Yoga Studio and her 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training with Matt Giordano. She is both a Chromatic Level 1 Teacher and Certified Mentor through Matt Giordano, and she completed Level 1 Journey Into Power training with Baron Baptiste. She also holds certifications in Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Pretzel Kids Yoga, and Yoga Yeladim. Heidi is certified as a RAD Yoga Mobility and Recovery Specialist, and she enjoys adding Self-Mayofascial Release work to the yoga practice. Heidi is on the faculty for Matt Giordano's 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. She has her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. She is the Studio Director at Ritual Vibes Yoga in Foxborough, MA. Heidi is deeply grateful for the wisdom and experience her teachers have shared with her and believes she is forever a student of the practice, always learning something new.

Heidi likes to emphasize the connection between breath and movement, safe alignment, and self-awareness in her classes. She seeks to help others understand their individual physical experience while honoring where they are in the current moment. Modifications and tools are some of Heidi's most prized tricks of the trade! Her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
