Hi! My name is Lauren Gastorf. I am a LPC-S located in McKinney, TX. I primarily work with adults who have experienced trauma as well as other mental health professionals. Some of the theories I use in my practice include attachment theory, Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, and parts-work. Prior to obtaining my Masters of Education in Counseling, I received my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. I believe our bodies and movement are a huge part of healing and am looking forward to completing the TCYM Level 1 Training January 2024.
