My offerings are grief and trauma-informed; honoring the lived experiences that are stored in all bodies.
I have worked with body-based practices since 2006 and soon integrated energy healing practices like Reiki and my own intuitive abilities to work with energy.
My work as a Death Midwife, Death Educator and Grief Companion came from a reckoning of living in a death-phobic, grief illiterate society. It is my intention to create spaces where talking about death and grief are welcomed. I hold compassionate space for grief, death, loss and life transitions of all kinds.
I get to live life with my two beloved dogs - Daisy and Ari - on Cowlitz Land, what is known as Hood River, Oregon.
