My name is Melanie Adams, and I am a passionate Vinyasa yoga teacher from Worcester, MA. I have been practicing yoga for 4 years and teaching for 2.5 years. I earned my RYT 200 hour certification from Barre & Soul 2 months after graduating high school. I specialize in offering trauma-conscious group and private yoga education.
Since becoming a yoga instructor, I have been studying psychology, management, and entrepreneurship at Clark University. I am the president of Clark Yoga and teach free weekly classes for the Clark community.
