My name is Pamela Sue (she/her) and I am the founder/owner of Whole Lotus Therapy, PLLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance. My passion is integrating both of these fields by providing a trauma-informed embodiment approach to traditional talk therapy inside the therapy room. Outside the therapy room, I offer individual trauma-informed yoga and restorative yoga sessions, as well as continuing education trainings for yoga teachers and licensed mental health providers.
